The Charlestown Pet Group is pleased to announce that Cindy McManus has accepted the position of The Charlestown Pet Group Recording Secretary taking over from Carolyn Troy. We thank Carolyn for her service and her continued service as Brookside Building Representative, Pet Rep Welcome Package coordinator and Charlestown Pet Group liaison with the Maryland SPCA for donation pickups.
John Garde has volunteered to function as the Charlestown Pet Group Building Representative for St. Charles. Ed Sabin has volunteered as alternate Building Representative for St. Charles.
Nadine Rebeiro is hosting a PET VOLUNTEER APPRECIATION EVENT on Friday July 31 from 10 AM until 12 NOON at the Fountain Hill Courtyard. This is a GREAT opportunity for us to get together in a month we do not meet.
We would like more of our Charlestown Pet Group members to submit Pet Photos for inclusion on the CCICHARLESTOWN Website.[ccicharlestown.org] This is also a GREAT resource for the current Pet Resource List, which provides current information on useful Pet Services available to Charlestown Residents. We currently have 98 of over 204 pets included and would like to have ALL of our Pet Photos on display. If the Pet has been on the Charlestown Campus. They are eligible for inclusion in the Pet Gallery.
Remember, The Charlestown Pet Group does NOT meet in July or August. Our NEXT meeting will be on Tuesday September 22, 2026, in Brookside Classroom #2.
