The next and last meeting of the year will be held on Tuesday, November 8, 2022 from 10 AM – Noon in the CTS Card/TV Room. After a brief business meeting, resident and artist Kay Buck will demonstrate the beautiful artform of Japanese calligraphy from her native country.
It is with great pleasure that the Fireside Artists board invites FAC members to join them on a holiday bus trip to the beautiful Delaware estate of Henry du Pont, Winterthur. The trip is Tuesday, December 13, 2022. We will depart at 8 a.m. Exquisite throughout the year, this glorious museum is especially beautiful during the holidays. Winterthur does provide wheelchairs. The Charlestown bus accommodates 32 people. Cost of transportation is covered. The tour will cost each person $24, payable when you register for the trip. The fee is non-refundable. Pay either by check to FAC or by exact cash. If you are registering other than at the general meeting, campus mail a check to Sandy Mack. Registration ends Wednesday, November 30. Each person may purchase lunch in the Winterthur café.
