Council Communication Form

The Council Communication Form is used when an issue or concern has not been addressed through normal channels. This form can be found in the Council Binder at all lobby desks, downloaded, or you can use the ONLINE CCF FORM below that will be delivered by email to the Council Vice President. The completed form will be referred to the appropriate Resident Council committee(s), from which you will receive a written response.
