We are pleased to share exciting news about one of our team members, Tracie Montague, who has been promoted to Administrator in Training (AIT) within our organization.

Tracie has a strong history with CCI, previously serving as a Traveling Memory Care Manager, where she supported multiple communities and made a positive impact on both residents and staff. Her compassion, experience, and commitment to quality care have been evident throughout her work. Beginning August 2, 2026, she will be transitioning to Highlands Springs in Dallas, Texas, where she will continue her leadership development.

We would also like to introduce you to Tim Newton. Tim joined Charlestown in 2020 as a physical therapist in home health and has experience in skilled nursing, assisted living, and outpatient care.

Tim’s commitment to resident experience, strong partnerships with families, and supporting team member development are key strengths he will bring to our community.

As Tim transitions into his role, there will be a period of overlap with Tracie to ensure a smooth and thoughtful transition. During his first few weeks, Tim will focus on getting to know our residents and families, building relationships, and becoming familiar with Caton Woods. Contact information and additional updates will be shared as he begins and is onboarded.
