Do You Need Your Carpets Cleaned?
Carpet cleaning special offered by Housekeeping Dept. of Charlestown from January 12 – February 27, 2026.
Charlestown Housekeeping Department offers apartment cleaning and special project cleaning for our residents. If you are interested in having your apartment cleaned on a regular basis or if you would like to schedule a special cleaning, please call General Services at 443-29SERVE (443-297-3783). The staff uses its own vacuum cleaners and cleaning agents when cleaning your apartment.
Also contact Housekeeping for special carpet cleaning. The Department periodically runs specials on this service.

Guest Room Reservations
Every Erickson managed community welcomes overnight guests in a resident’s apartment within reasonable parameters—typically fourteen (14) overnights maximum per guest per apartment (unless permission is sought and received in writing from the Executive Director for exceptional circumstances). Overnight guests should follow all community guidelines related to parking and the use of resident amenities such as the Fitness Center, computer lab, the pool, etc. Please contact General Services at 443-29SERVE (443-297-3783) to reserve guest rooms.
Guest Room keys are to be picked up after 3pm daily and returned after 11am daily to the Fountain Hill Lobby Desk (Building 1). Key delivery will be available, on a limited basis, to those with special needs. If you arrive after 7pm please contact security dispatch at 410.737.8806 they will have your guest room key.

Storage Bins
A limited number of storage bins are available within the residence buildings throughout the campus. Please contact the General Services Office at 443-29SERVE (443-297-3783) for information regarding storage bins. You must have a padlock to secure your bin. See the current Ancillary Fee Schedule for monthly rates. Items should be stored in plastic totes not cardboard boxes. Do not store your items with Moth Balls, as they can be toxic. Please check that your Storage Bin is covered under your Renter’s Insurance policy. Charlestown does not assume responsibility for any items that may become damaged in your Storage Bin.
