Treasure Sale pickups will resume on Monday, February 16, 2026.
Treasure Chest and Ladies Boutique will be closed on Tuesday, February 3 and 10 and reopen Tuesday, February 17, 2026 at 10 AM.
Treasure Sale Furniture will reopen Tuesday, February 24 at 10 AM.
Boutique Reopens February 17 with Largest-Ever Pink Dot Sale!
Great remainders from the recent Treasure Sale will be displayed at very special prices when the Ladies’ Boutique reopens its doors on February 17.
The shop’s first Pink Dot sale of 2026 will feature clothing ranging from gorgeous tops, jackets and coats to scarves and wraps. You might even find that great item you passed up at the Treasure Sale at half the price!
The Boutique’s “largest Pink Dot sale ever,” according to Boutique manager Peggy Romenesko, will continue for several weeks. Lightweight Spring jackets and blouses will start making an
appearance on the the first week, with additional new Spring items joining the inventory on a weekly basis.
So, whether you’re tired of our unusually cold and snowy weather and just want something new for your closet at a price that makes you smile, or really need something snug and warm to get you through the season, this sale’s for you. And … with Spring items joining the inventory each week, you can get a jump on your warmer-weather buying and save money! Remember, Pink Dot items are 50% off …what a deal!
The Ladies’ Boutique is located on the terrace level of Herbert’s Run, and is open on Tuesdays from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. We’d love it if you’d help us support the environment by bringing your own bag!

Proceeds from the Treasure Sale and Treasure Sale outlet stores support the Benevolent Care Fund, Chapel Concerts, Scholar’s Fund, Staff Appreciation Fund, the Film and Book Libraries and other community needs. The Treasure Sale accepts donations of clean, gently used clothing, furniture, small household items, electronics, and appliances throughout the year except 2 weeks preceding and 1 week following each quarterly Treasure Sale. See schedule below for exact dates. Please consult the Treasure Sale Donations List for more details on acceptable items. Note: We are no longer allowed to pickup or sell walkers or rollators.
We do not pick up donations from Wilton Overlook. Pickups of small items only from Caton Woods: Drop donations in the Treasure Sale bin on the first Monday of the month (only) near the Caton Woods lobby desk.
To donate items, please call the Treasure Sale Pickup line: 410-737-8838, x601-8124. When you call the pickup line, you will hear a message requesting that you give you name, apartment location, phone number, and a brief description of the items you will be donating. A volunteer will get back to you to arrange for a pickup. Please allow 48 hours for a return call, especially if you call on Friday evening or over the weekend. For donation of large items such as furniture, please contact Treasures Sale Funiture Director, resident Howie Nixon, to arrange for approval and a scheduled pickup. Email is preferred. Contact information can be found in the Resident Directory available online in MyErickson.
The Treasure Sale retail stores are open year round.
