The LGBTQ+ Friends & Allies Group welcomes anyone who is a family member, friend, or ally of the LGBTQ+ community. We host monthly meetings to deepen our understanding of LGBTQ+ topics and help plan events for the Charlestown community to promote greater understanding and acceptance.

My Name is Pauli Murray [documentary] : A 2021 Documentary of Her Life and Times – Pauli Murray was a non-binary Black lawyer, activist, poet, and priest who influenced Ruth Bader Ginsberg and Thurgood Marshall.

Pride Walk to Charlestown Square: Join the crowd for a Pride Walk to support members of the LGBTQ+ community at Charlestown. Meet at the Chapel plaza and end up at Charlestown Square. Bring your signs, flags, rainbow gear, musical instruments, dogs decked out! Remember water too.
