Designed to provide supportive memory care services to those residents living in the continuing care neighborhoods of Charlestown. The program encompasses three levels of engagement from individual achievement, to group involvement and also incorporates daily activities providing personal meaning, optimal independence, satisfaction and overall enjoyment of life.
