Brain Food Cafe Memory Health Discussion Group

Participants learn strategies to preserve memory and enhance cognition, including physical fitness, mental exercise, nutrition, and stress reduction. Participants also have an opportunity to share challenges, suggestion, and strategies for dealing with memory loss.
