Welcome Chef Kevin Jones to the Atrium
Chef Jones has over 30 years’ experience in dining services with 23 of those years working as an executive chef. He has worked for Mac Gregor’s Restaurant & catering, Parkhurst dining, and most recently with Sodexo as the Executive Chef of Stevenson University. At Stevenson University Chef Jones led a team of 75 staff members overseeing all aspects of campus dining including, recipe development, scheduling, operational management, safety and sanitation while serving a student population of 1500.
He has participated in several cooking competitions such as Iron Bird Competition for Harford County, Cecil County Crab Cooking competition and Upper Chesapeake Soup Challenge where he won first place in all three. He is serv-safe certified and holds a certificate in culinary arts from Baltimore International College and a degree in economics from West Virginia University.
