Life at Charlestown

Charlestown Community, Inc. is a free standing, independent community with its own Board of Directors. Charlestown has been given an "A" bond rating by Fitch Ratings, Inc., a financial institution. It is located on a beautiful 110 acre campus with over 1,500 apartments and has over the years maintained occupancy rates in the mid-nineties and has a waiting list of prospective residents. Through a carefully negotiated contract Erickson Living provides management services to Charlestown.
